ALFAS - Alternative Learning for Academic Success

  • ALFAS Logo

The Alternative Learning for Academic Success (ALFAS) Program envisions preparing young adults for college and careers through mentoring and virtual educational opportunities to complete graduation requirements and obtain a high school diploma.

Online learning is an effective educational option, although not a viable option for every student. A good candidate is an independent learner who is self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven.

Students participating in the ALFAS Program are presented with a unique opportunity to earn high school credit and receive college and career readiness guidance.

By participating in ALFAS, students are experiencing first-hand the growing delivery model of college/career education and preparing themselves for a future of independent lifelong learning.
