The district’s gifted program offers a variety of advanced learning opportunities, including the Gifted Resource, Venture, and advanced coursework, all aimed at developing critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The district’s gifted program follows the guidelines established by Georgia Department of Education’s Gifted Rule 160-4-2-.38, adopted by the State Board of Education on August 1, 1998. Additionally, Paulding County Schools implemented the Administrative Regulation Gifted Student Programs (IDDD-R) on September 13, 2008, further strengthening the district’s commitment to providing differentiated instruction for gifted learners.
