High School Academies 2025-2026

The Paulding County School District offers three career-themed academies that provide students with immersive, project-based, real-world experiences aligned with high-demand career fields.  

PCSD Academy Options:

• Hiram High School Academy of Computer Science,
  Est. 2020
• Paulding County High School Academy of Science, Research, and Medicine (GA STEM Certified),
  Est. 2012
• South Paulding High School AIM Academy of Engineering and Technology,
  Est. 2022

Application Timeline:

Application Information:

• The Academy process involves completing an online application and providing supporting documents in a shared OneDrive folder.
• For students not currently attending a Paulding County School, please contact the Academy directly for specific application requirements.
• The first question in the application will ask for a link to the shared folder where applicants will upload the required supporting documents.
• If students need help creating the shared OneDrive folder, they can ask a teacher to book time with their Instructional Technology Coach.
• Each Academy's website provides detailed information about the Academy and specific supporting document requirements.
• If applying to more than one Academy, be sure to review the supporting documents required by each one.
