Hello. My name is Halie Floyd Bissell and I teach the Marketing Management Pathway.  I have the honor of being the East Paulding High School DECA Advisor. Another role I take pride in is being the Georgia DECA Board President. In addition, I am the CTAE Department Chair and I am in charge of homecoming, prom, and co-sponsor for graduation. 

The 2020-2021 school year starts my 9th year teaching all at EPHS.  I love being part of the ONE RAIDER family and take pride in our students and school.
