• Hello,

    My name is Mrs. Munoz and I am going to be your child’s teacher for the 2020-2021 school year. I am very excited to be a part of your child’s educational development. I graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2012 with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I received my Master’s in Early Childhood Education from the University of West Georgia in 2017. I taught Kindergarten for seven years, and this will be my second year teaching First grade. 

    I have been married for three years to my husband, Justin. He attended Union Elementary as a child and is a Physical Education teacher in the county. We have one dog named Ranger, who we love to take on walks and play with. Kayaking, traveling, sports, and being with family and friends are just a few of our hobbies. 

    I am so enthusiastic in serving your child’s educational needs. I will make your child’s learning experience in 1st grade fun and engaging in the classroom. It is my hope that each child will be successful and become lifelong learners.

    Information regarding the classroom discipline plan, snacks, and take-home binders will be going home soon. I know we will all have a fantastic year and welcome to 1st grade!
